Lotus Crepe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of Milk
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 tea spoon vanilla
2 Eggs
2 spoons of butter or oil
2 spoons of sugar
Lotus butter
Crushed lotus biscuits
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 tea spoon vanilla
2 Eggs
2 spoons of butter or oil
2 spoons of sugar

Method
1. Using the blender, mix the eggs and milk with vanilla, sugar and butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add the flour to the previous mixture, and stir them all together, so that we have a smooth mixture.
3. Preheat the crepe maker
4. Pour the crepe mixture, with a medium-sized food scoop, and stir the mixture until the crepe maker sides are rounded. Leave on low heat, and wait for the crepe surface to dry,
5. Turn the crepe on the other side, using a flat wooden spoon and leave it for a minute until it turns red and softens.
6. Fill the crepe with the lotus butter as needed, then fold the crepe
7. Decorate it from the top side with lotus butter and crushed lotus biscuits
