Lamb Thigh with Rice

Ingredients
Spice mixture:
2 teaspoons mixed spices
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon  cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons of coriander powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon salt

For boiling the thigh:
Lamb Thigh
1 large onion
2 pieces of bay leaf
1 cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  1/2 teaspoon whole carnation
Method
1. Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
2. In a plate, put the spices mix them well and divide them to two parts
3. Season the thigh with half the amount of spices, you can put it in the fridge for several hours to gain a good flavor from the spices, or cook it directly. You can use a special thread to tie the thigh.
4. In an electric pressure cooker, heat the ghee, season the thigh, to gain a good flavor.
5. Add the onions, the whole spices, and cook the thigh until perfectly cooked.
6. Heat the oven grill, put the thigh in the oven tray and put it in the oven for a few minutes to brown.
7. In the pot of the rice maker, heat the ghee, then add the rice. Stir the rice quietly to absorb ghee, then add water and some broth, let it boil for a few minutes, then reduce the heat and leave it to cook.
Serve the thigh with rice and a variety of nuts.
