Ingredients
4 pieces chicken.
4 medium potatoes.
2 onions, cut into wings.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
2 tablespoons of dried thyme leaves.
1/4 cup olive oil.
1 teaspoon mixed spices.
1/4 cup water

Method
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick rings, and wash them well from starch
2. Put the potatoes in the oven tray along with chicken pieces, and chopped onion, then season the ingredients with salt, black pepper, mixed spices, and dried thyme leaves after rubbing it with hand until it becomes soft, then put olive oil and the cardamom.
3. Stir all ingredients well by hand, until the marinade is completely mixed with potatoes and chicken.
4. Pour the amount of water on the chicken and potatoes, cover the tray with tin foil, and put it in the electric oven for about hour until it is done.
5. Serve the chicken and potato tray with peppered rice, or pasta as desired.
