Chicken with Honey and Mustard
Ingredients
500 grams chicken breast (fillet / half cut)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 tea spoon of black Peper
1 tablespoon of oil
1 onion (chopped)
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of mustard (mustard)
Tablespoon of water
Teaspoon Italian herbs
Method
1. Using the chicken hammer, make the chicken ¼ inch thick.
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the oil in the electric grill over medium heat, add the chicken and stir until it becomes brown on both sides.
4. Grease the oven tray with a little oil and put chicken pieces in it.
5. Mix the mustard, honey and water in a dish.
6. Add the onions and cook.
7. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
8. Put the dish in the oven at a temperature of 350 degrees until perfectly cooked and browned.
9. Serve hot with rice or potatoes as desired.
