Ingredients

2 eggs
A cup of liquid milk
4 tablespoons of white flour

Method
1. Peel the onions, then cut them into rings, then remove the onion rings and then set aside
2. Place the flour in a deep bowl.
3. Place crushed toast in a deep bowl.
4. Put eggs, milk, and salt in a deep bowl, and mix then add 4 tablespoons of flour.
5. Dip the onion rings in the egg mixture, then dip them in the flour bowl well
6. Dip again in the egg mixture, then dip them in the baking bowl of the crushed toast, put on a plate and leave for 10 minutes.
7. In the deep fryer, put oil and when it boils well, drop onion rings and fry on both sides, put it on food paper to absorb the oil, then put it on the serving plate and serve.
