4 pieces chicken fillets (breast)
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg yolk

Method
1. Using the meat grinder, grind the chicken fillet with onion and garlic until you get the minced chicken.
2. Add breadcrumbs salt, pepper and yolks, mix until you get a smooth mixture.
3. Bring a wide tray or plate, put a piece of butter paper in it, put the chicken mixture in a thin layer over the butter paper, so that it is about 1 cm thick.
4. Put the mixture in the refrigerator until it cools.
5. Using a biscuit cutter of various shapes, cut the chicken into attractive shapes.
Covering: In a deep bowl, place the egg, salt and pepper, and mix. In another bowl, put the breadcrumbs
6. Put a piece of chicken in the egg mixture to cover it with a light layer, and transfer it to the breadcrumbs
7. Heat the oil in the deep fryer pan, fry the nugget pieces until they get golden color. Serve warm.
