Meat and Vegetables Sambousa
Ingredients
Sambousa Dough
1 potatoes
1 carrot
1 cup of peas
Ground beef
Mixed spices
Steps
1. In a pot, add 2 spoons of oil and then add the ground meat
2. Add spices to the meat (black pepper, spices, cinnamon, cardamom …etc)
3. In another pot, add 1 spoon of oil and then add the chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots and peas)
4. Add the vegetables to the meat and add 1 tea spoon of spices
5. Put the meat and vegetables on sambousa dough and wrap it
6. add the sambousa to the sambousa maker
7. turn on the machine and check for doneness
