Chicken Burger

Ingredients
600 g chicken breast, cut into medium pieces
Salt, to taste
White pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup of flour
Half a cup of breadcrumbs
1 scrambled egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Burger bread
Lettuce, cut into large pieces
Onion, cut into rings
Tomatoes cut into rings
Salt, to taste
White pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup of flour
Half a cup of breadcrumbs
1 scrambled egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Burger bread
Lettuce, cut into large pieces
Onion, cut into rings
Tomatoes cut into rings
Method
1. Put the chicken in the meat grinder with mustard, garlic, white pepper and salt, and grind them well until you get a dough.
2. Make 4 balls using the whole amount of chicken, then flatten it between your hands, to get circles the size of a piece of burger bread or larger.
3- Dip the chicken circles in the flour, then in the scrambled eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs until well covered from all sides.
4- Fry the chicken with the air fryer
5- Using the grill, cut the bread into two parts and then toast it until browned from the bottom side.
6- Prepare the burger with the ingredients you like and serve them with French fries.
