Ingredients
4 four pieces of chicken fillet.
1 onion, medium in size, divided into quarters.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
10 sticks of parsley.
A teaspoon of each of:
coriander, paprika, and salt

Method
1. Grind the chicken, onion, and garlic in the meat grinder. Then add the parsley, coriander, chilli, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs and knead them together until the ingredients are smooth.
2. Shape the kofta on barbecue skewers or wooden sticks.
3. Heat the grill and grease it with a little oil
4. Roast the kofta until it is done
