Ingredients
Lasagna Sheets (fresh)
4 spoons of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
400 gm ground meat
1 cup minced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
500 mlm of milk
3 spoons of flour
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
1/4 spoon Nutmeg
250 mlm cooking cream
500 gm shredded parmesan
4 spoons of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
400 gm ground meat
1 cup minced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
500 mlm of milk
3 spoons of flour
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
1/4 spoon Nutmeg
250 mlm cooking cream
500 gm shredded parmesan
Method
1. using the pasta maker, make the lasagna sheets
2. For the tomato sauce:
1) cook the ground meat until done
2) add the garlic and tomatoes and cook them with the meat
3) add the basil and salt
3. Bechamel Sauce:
1) add the oil and then the flour. cook them for few minutes then add the milk
2) mix the sauce until it boils. It will beocome thicker as it boils
3) Add the cooking cream and then the nutmeg and pepper
4) Let the sauce boil for a while
To make the Lasagne:
1. in a thermostatic tray, put 1 spoon of the bechamel sauce or oil
2. add the lasagna sheets then put a layer of tomato sauce then bachamel sauce.
3. Repeat step 2 again until you have 3 or 4 layers (or as needed)
4. Add the cheese and put in the oven until it is done
