Raisins Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour (sifted)
 1 cup butter (tender at room temperature)
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons of hazelnuts (toasted and chopped)
1/4 cup raisins (yellow)
2 tablespoons pistachios (chopped)
3 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
A cup of sugar
3 eggs
A tablespoon of vanilla
Half a cup of milk
Method
1. Using the food processor, set the whisk and then mix the flour with the baking powder, the walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts and raisins.
2. Mix the sugar with the soft butter until the mixture is creamy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk.
4. Add the flour mixture, nuts, raisins and milk and beat until 5. The ingredients are combined and the cake mixture becomes smooth and heavy.
6. Grease a cake topper with a sprinkle of flour and pour the cake mixture into it.
7. Put the cake into the oven at 180 degrees for 45 - 45 minutes or until the cake is done. Then remove the mold from the oven and leave it to cool slightly.
7. Place the cake on a serving plate and serve warm or cold as desired
