Ingredients
3 large eggs, beaten to blend 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt |
Method
To make the dough:
1. Mix eggs, flour, oil, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer until a shaggy dough forms.
2. Knead with dough hook until dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
3. Cover dough with plastic wrap and let rest at least 30 minutes.
4. Laminate it and then roll it using the machine it becomes as thin as desired.
5. Hook up the desired cutting shape and cut the dough as desired.
6. Dust the pasta from flour and cook it.
