Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat two 9-inch-round cake pans with cooking spray and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
2. add the whisk attachment to the food processor
3. aside, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, and salt
4. turn on the food processor and then add respectively: eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, and milk
5. add the dry ingredients gradually until the mixture is mixed well
6. Add the mixtrue to the cake pan
7. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, for around 40 minutes.
