Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar powder
1 large egg
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. In a dish, add the baking powder, soda and salt, and set aside.
2. In a bowl of the food processor, put the butter, brown sugar and sugar, mix with a medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth.
3. Add the egg and vanilla. Keep whipping until the eggs disappear and the mixture is well smoothed.
4. Add the flour mixture and mix again until you get a soft dough. Add two thirds of the amount of chocolate chips.
5. Bring a wide plate, cut the dough into 16 balls, roll it randomly into a ball shape, but do not make it smooth ball, the shape should be zigzag shape, put it in the dish so that it is one layer.
6. Cover the dough balls with nylon and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
7. Heat the oven to 160 ° C, bring short-edge trays, and put butter paper in it.
8. Place the cookie pieces on the trays, leaving an inch between them. 
9. Put the rest of the chocolate chips on the cookies. With the tip of your finger, press very little cookies to stick the chocolate well.
10. Bake cookies 15-20 minutes. Take the trays out of the oven, leave the cookies in the trays for a few minutes, then put them on the grill and leave to cool completely.
