Cheese Bruish

Ingredients
375 g flour
Teaspoon salt
50g sugar
Dry yeast envelope
75 ml of milk
2 eggs
185g soft butter
1  egg for garnish
250g  cheese  (your preferred type of white cheese)
8 pieces of beef bacon or pastrami
Method
1. Using the food processor, prepare the dough by mixing the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk and eggs together until it becomes a smooth dough.
2. Add the butter and knead for 4 minutes.
3. Cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
4. Mix the cheese with the beef bacon and set aside.
5. Take out the dough and roll it into a 25 cm round shape.
6. Put the cheese mixture in the middle of the dough and close the sides evenly.
7. Put it in a tray lined with baking paper, grease the face with the beaten egg and leave in the cooler for 30 minutes.
8. Take it out to calm down for an hour.
9. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, then put it in the oven for 22 minutes.
